How do I return an item?
All Merchandise can be returned for a refund within 21 days from the delivery day. Merchandise cannot be returned if wiring was cut and/or installed on lighting fixtures or after 21 days from the delivery day.
Pending inspection, a refund will be issued to you for the value of the item including taxes. All shipping and handling charges on returns are non-refundable. Even your order was qualified for free shipping, and you decide to return your item for any reason, the original shipping and handling charge will apply to your account. A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returns.
A "Return Materials Authorization (RMA)" number must be obtained from sharon lighting prior to the return of any material. To obtain an RMA please email us at support@lamphunter.com.
The RMA number must appear on the outside of the shipping container and on return paperwork included inside the package returned merchandise must be shipped via UPS to the following address:

The customer is responsible for any shipping cost, freight pick-up fee and insurance charges on all returns. Once we receive the merchandise, credit will be applied to the credit card which was used for the purchase. Our original shipping cost is not refundable.
Defective Items: If an item is being considered defective or inoperative by a customer, it will only be considered for replacement and it must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt.
Customized Items: Please be advised, customized items are not returnable. Anything that has to be custom tailored or configured for customer's specific needs based on their request is considered a custom/customized item.
